Mecha has experienced a tremendous amount of growth over the last couple of years. In fact, we have outgrown our current facility and are in the process of building a new one in Garner, NC. that is due to be completed in 2024. Although our new facility will be approximately 30,000SF, we will likely keep our current facility for additional capacity and to help with the transition of our production operations to the new facility. As such, we do not intend to shut down for any length of time. We will be purchasing new milling machines and other equipment for the new facility and transfer existing equipment as needed.
The new facility will not only add extra capacity to our operations, but it will also allow us to add some new in-house services that we currently do not have the space to implement. What this means for our customers is faster lead-times and potentially better pricing.
